Follow our easy 2-step returns process:
Step 1:
Fill out the Returns Form. Package up your items to be returned along with a copy of the completed Returns Form.
Step 2:
Print your Return Shipping Label, affix to your return package, and drop off at the nearest FedEx/USPS location or drop box.
Returns Policy:
Make sure the items your are returning comply with our Returns Policy. If you have 5 or more pairs to return, please contact OrthoFeet Customer Service at 800-524-2845 for a Return Authorization Number.
